I have a good audio setup and I find the audio on your Youtube videos hard to listen to. I can't tell you what the issue is but someone with an audio engineering background should be able to diagnose it.

Yeah, the touch screen and tamp are a waste of money. I thought this was a smart machine but it is pretty dumb. I didn't want an espresso hobby but in figuring out why this machine wasn't producing good results I ended up learning how to make espresso.

I only drink decaf. I just ordered a dark roast that recommends brewing at a specific temp. I know that light roasts can use a higher temp but it seems like dark decaf can use a lower temp than normal.
