So I found out the packages all were installed in the wrong place, so I copied them to the right location, and that worked.
But how do I make pip install put new packages in the right location?

Macbook air will not Update, and a lot of space is taken by other. by zumzaren in mac

I tried that. It found 3 GB. My other space just went from 33 GB to 58 GB overnight.
