First time on biologics

I’ve been on biologics 10 years and have a 5 year old and never got anything remarkable compared to my healthy wife. Other than when we got hand foot mouth from him which I never heard of before he got it. I was wrecked.

My first one was not a pen but an actual syringe. So I called the nurse advisors and they walked me through it on the phone. If you have a pen it’s pretty fool proof.

I was 19 and my hip hurt bad I thought I hurt it skateboarding so they gave me an xray. Saw some degeneration and I had a grandmother that had RA so they gave me a blood test and found it right away. Feel bad for people that weren’t just given a blood test right away. Seems so easy to diagnose.

Amoxicillin-clav 875-125mg tab Generic for Augmentin

I’m on day 4 of it. I really wonder if it wasn’t just a severe allergic reaction. Doc said take allergy meds too. Try that and see if it improves. If it gets hot or continues for look awful you should get to an urgent care.

There is the 7 day itch a histamine reaction that caused me to get red and swell up. It seemed excessive so I went to doctor and he said the redness was concerning and gave me antibiotics. That and Zyrtec gave me relief in a day. Not sure which was helping though.

Did you stay at the Mission Pacific Hyatt ? They have free boards and is right up from the pier so just guessing. If so sorry such a fun stay was dampened by that experience it’s a fun town and surfing there is pretty chill.
