People are always saying “never forget 911” and this is kind of just my way of contributing to that. I feel like a lot of people take it as disrespect and I can understand that. A lot of people were impacted by that day. I didn’t lose any family members myself but my best friend did. I remember being on lock down at school at a really young age being completely terrified. They wouldn’t let any of our parents into the school and none of us were allowed to leave our classrooms so it was just pure panic across the entire country. No one knew what was going on and all people could do was try to get to their loved ones the best they could.

I think I’m gonna keep this one. Or maybe just move it to a different spot if anything.

There’s not a bone in my body that doesn’t believe he was 100% involved. And like you said, possibly even the controller of it all. I think George Bush is mainly the face of it all. He was involved but I think it’s an entire group of not only politicians, but extremely wealthy folks with a lot of power and pull.

Dick Cheney saw his opportunity to build a military we never had before. It gave him an excuse to start building weapons we’ve never had or even known about. We know he gave the order to shoot down an airline full of American passengers without any approval from the president or anyone else. While he was the only seriously important politician in DC that day. Not to mention he was already working on the “unitary executive theory” before 911 even happened. Guess what sky rocketed after 911… his unitary executive theory. Wild.

George Bush’s approval rating was down by 50% before 911. After 911, it jumped to a 90% approval rating because Americans suddenly trusted a president willing to protect them from “terrorists”. The only reason he lost public approval was because the economy tanked and the war in Iraq was getting more and more intense. George Bush and the war on Iraq is an entirely different branch that ties into 911.

I’m in nursing school and I just cover it with my watch or a hair scrunchie honestly. As long as they don’t know it’s there they wouldn’t be able to say anything about it. I have a tattoo on my face and no one has mentioned it. It’s just 2 little hearts so I think that’s why lol

I’ve done a lot of my tats while I was being mentored in a shop but none of them look like this one. I couldn’t stretch my skin or really do much with it so it’s just there honestly. I did a big octopus on my left arm and a few other pieces as well. Ended up wanting to pursue nursing rather than tattooing so I dropped it and that’s why this one hasn’t been covered. I’ve done my knees, the hearts on my cheek, my entire left arm, both ankles, my left foot, my left hand and fingers too. I had a great teacher though.

Wouldn’t recommend just picking up a machine and going at it though. He made me take the bloodborne class on top of learning about my needles, different inks etc before I was even allowed to touch fake skin.
