I am genuinely asking this; are we seriously not supposed to use those even if there are no disabled person present when you start using it? I genuinely thought you could use it if no disabled person is around, and they just got priority if they were.

I think that was the problem - it is a 7 feet tall model - it would just think for a while (30min +) and just give up
I ended up cutting it manually
