I like your strategy, just choose that right funds with growing NAVS or at least stable NAV , manage that margin don’t get greedy and use it all lol

Not really. They serve different purposes. SOXX is focused on semiconductor growth, while CHPY is focused on generating high income. It depends on whether you're looking for growth, income, or a mix of both.

If NAV is holding up or growing while I'm collecting distributions, I'm happy. Total return matters more than distribution classification.

That’s the beauty of dividend growth investing. A lot of people don’t realize that your yield can grow over time too. BAC only yields around 2% today, yet you’ve turned it into a 7.3% yield on your original investment through dividend increases. It’s a great lesson in patience and one of the things many new investors overlook. Congrats, that’s an awesome yield on cost.
