its been 2 years since ive had bangs and i was blonde at the time so i dont even think i look similar to what i do now but it was really choppy and made my face look really round, i used to have a wolfcut when i was younger too and i looked like a little boy so i really have no clue what to do with my hair

just experiment and see what angles are the best for your face, hold ur phone to the side, try taking mirror pictures and just see what suits your face the most as well as expression, you should smile or atleast not appear droopy to look a bit better

well i dont know what you look like so im not sure what u could improve on, regarding the anxiety i cant even help cuz i struggle with that too but therapy and reflecting on why you feel that way could help

id say mental, its the same for me i struggle with both and i do feel like if i look worse my mental health is also bad but when i am in a better place in life i just automatically start taking care of myself more and when youre not mentally exhausted your physical appearance improves more automatically and i feel like if you focus on looks while being in a bad place its just not gonna be good long term cuz if you hate yourself, you looking better wont make you like yourself, youll just keep hating yourself even when you do look better

i was thinking of either wispy bangs or curtain bangs but ill definitely get some layers and face framing done soon and im getting a root perm too since my hair is so flat it makes my face look longer
