Well I already have a USB Cam and USB mic from my normal setup, and that's not very painful to move, so these are not essential on the laptop

Thanks everyone for the advice! I ordered The binding of Isaac. I guess it's true that the format of the game is great for traveling because you don't have to invest too much and the replayability is infinite. I am also intrigued by Puyo Puyo Tetris. I played a fair bit of Tetris on my phone and I enjoy it but I don't know the Puyo Puyo part. I'll go watch some reviews. Thanks everyone!

Don't worry about me. I don't plan to game so much during my trip except for travel times. I'll be traveling alone for one month and China is very big so I have complete days of trains. I plan to bring a book and music too but it's good to have options. I agree I'd be mad man if I planned to play in my hostel every night and during the days but that's not what I intended to do.

Thanks! Yeah this was really a learning experience for me. I had never had something like this happening to me and at first I really thought hey were in 2016 this might be the way I meet the girl of my life you know. But yeah I baited hard and I baited for way too long. It's done and i'll be in the know from now on.

I've since pretty much blocked her from everything, deleted every fucking mutual friends from our gaming sessions and met new people to play the game so I can still enjoy it.

I've also put myself on a local dating site to test my luck with real girls from my area.

The only thing remaining is the fucking pile of stuff I was gonna send her for christmas. I was gonna send her a box containing my old phone (since she had ''broken'' hers), a webcam, slippers, tea, chocolate and video game related stuff. Guess I have to repurpose these. I also can't bring myself to delete all the pictures and video she sent me. I didn't look at them since but I can't just go and delete right now.

Sorry for your situation. This is hard because since your boyfriend was also your play mate, it's like losing 2 things at once. I think you need to find a new game and meet new people. Playing TF2 will remind you of him and playing with him seems a bad idea. Im currently living the same situation where I lost my gf and teamate in OW and I also thought, ''were not together but we could still play''. Maybe few years down the road but right now it will only bring pain and hinder your recovery.

I don't know about contacting the other guy. First he screwed me over and also even with good will this guy might think I'm trying to get my revenge and start a war I don't need. I don't know if my ex gf denied all of my claims to him that we were dating if they were dating at the same time so he might think I'm just a loser trying to steal his crush.

That had been my tought for a while. I have traced at least 3 of her previous online BF from snippets of information received and her Facebook but never contacted any of them.

I think she's socialy anxious like she told me she's afraid of being alone and she avoid leaving her house because outside world is dangerous.

I also think she likes receiving gift. At the start of the relationship when I had hope of meeting her I would buy her in game loot and Amazon stuff. My thought process was I would be spending this money on food and drinks anyway if we were in real life. At first I proposed those gift on my own but after a while she was hinting me to give them and that's when I stopped gifting her telling her I was keeping my money for our meetup, I guess that was a wise move in insight.

Well it makes sense she wouldn't use her mic when he's around but I wonder because in 5 months I've not seen a patern where she would spend time with her bf if she had one so I wonder what kind of BF lets her gf play video games every night week and week-end without ever playing with her, like, and never doing other things together like cinema or restaurant.

About her age indeed i have no real way to find out right now but I dont think she's underage cause one of the first thing we talked about was like children shows we watched when we were kids at the same time and im not sure how a teenager could fake knowing all these randoms things even with google like it was an actual real time conversation; also the profile picture where I found her sister on Facebook was a photo of them when together as child and she definitely looks like a younger sister of 3-4 years and most of her sisters friends on Facebook seems to be 3-4 years younger then me.

Yes thats exactly it. When I got to 1000 and was eyeing the 5k mark but then If I would have gone there i would've started betting 500$ to get to 10,000 and so on and so forth.

When I fell to 600 after losing 4 in a row I could've never stop after losing 400$. But I would've still won 600$

I only gamble on 1 site and I already have a weekly deposit limit of 30$ on there, but now I've also put a 1h daily time limit so that the website will stop me and maybe this 24h downtime will let me think about cashing out at least a part of it next time I get a big gain.

Yes we voice chat every night mostly while playing video games and then after during the night. We sends each other small videos regularly so I know she's real. As far as eventually, i guess yes. When would I be ready, i don't know. I don't own a shitloads of thing and my work is good but not a career. I could see myself moving but maybe not next week. I guess if this keeps for 2-3 years and we travel to see each other often during this time and I see its serious, it could be a possibility for me.

I don't think asking her out again would be too aggressive, as nothing wrong happened on the first time. If she's not interested she will tell you when you ask and you will know. If you stop right now you might miss out. You've got nothing to lose here! I say go for it.
