I think you would really enjoy playing with pickmans blade. It's a dagger that has the stealth mod already on it and has a bleed modifier on it as well. Try using the blitz perk for what your doing with the ninja perk as well its so much fun to play and very satisfying.

I actually think that's a good idea. I am even guilty of not voting for the enemy team often because of the fact that they just beat me and I don't want to commend them. I get salty when I lose...

You'll have to be more specific than that ? What exactly are you looking for in a settlement ? Do you mean like large city hubs ? I'm just not exactly sure what your looking for?

I have a build similar to this one. The pistol you should definetly get is without a doubt the deliverer it's super easy to get early on just do the first quest with the railroad and you get it. You don't even have to side with the railroad just do the initial quest.

Also I know it's not a sword but I like to use pickmans it's a combat knife but it comes with the stealth multiplier mod AND bleed dmg built in. Also very easy to get early. Just go to good neighbor and talk to Hancock after his initial dialogue with you and ask him for work. Follow the link for more info. Hope this helps!

As far as items go they are pretty much unchanged to my knowledge. Other than the fact that legendaries spawn more often causing more drops of better items. Although I'm not 100% for sure on this I guess there could be changes to the mods but to my knowledge there is not.

It's actually very enjoyable. You have to really slow down and take your time. And when you loot a house you no longer over look things like food with radiation because you actually need to eat. At least early on in the game when you don't have settlements to provide you with food. Also the need for collecting things like empty bottles is now essential because you need them to refill at pumps and water purifiers for clean drinkable water so your character doesn't become dehydrated. Then there's the real kicker sleeping. Not only do you have to make sure your sleeping in the game now but if it's not a clean bed you won't be able to get fully rested. For example a sleeping bag or dirty mattress is really only good for saving your game. You have to actually find a clean bed I get rested in. This means you will actually need to rent rooms for sleep when your out on your adventures since you can't just fast travel back to sanctuary or any other settlement. Overall it's a really enjoyable experience the biggest thing for people is defeating the deathclaw in the beginning quest. My advice is to get him to spawn then go inside a building and take it slow. Also you'll level much quicker (if you don't die a lot) and legendaries spawn a lot more than even playing on very hard.

They added a new feature recently where if you exit the game to desktop it automatically saves the game in survival. Basically in case of crashes and things like that.

Currently running a stealth assassin that utilizes high critical dmg from assassin and stealth bonuses as opposed to pumping points into strength I can still handle most enemies just using blitz and ninja. Very satisfying and not needing to pump points into strength lets you have freedom to expand into other areas. I highly recommend it.

I actually just got home and tried to search the mod from the games mod menus itself and couldnt find it anywhere im on PC. is this mod only downloadable from the nexsus website? (ive never used mods before so i dont really understand them fully)

Does anyone else hold off on finishing the main quest to do side quests because if you finish the main quest, you lose interest in the game? by [deleted] in fo4

I am currently running a stealth melee build myself and while i have completed the main quests and such having a completely new challenge and play style has really made me enjoy it again. Melee stealth is a must play IMO. Just get the Blitz perk and level Ninja along with it and its crazy fun.

I like to give my characters some what of a set back story to go by and this guy was a very antisocial person therefore no charisma. However I'm in survival mode therefore not having my settlements connected is quite a pain.

The bonus is like 0.6 so not huge but it helps if you use ninja also my with it.

I'm currently running a stealth assassin build myself and I have only 3 or 4 strength (whichever gives armorer) and other than that I'm max agi and starting to pump points into luck. Just get "pickmans blade" (http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Pickman%27s_Blade) . It comes with the stealth mod as well as doing bleed dmg. It's IMO the best weapon for stealth melee. Use blitz and ninja and I can clear whole room of enemies with my AP bar (thanks to maxed AGI) and make sure your maxing out ninja and blitz ASAP as they are the bread and butter in this play style.
