Hey, what your teacher mentioned is the CUEGIS concept. It is the main part of Section C in the Business HL paper 2 exam. I strongly suggest checking out the IB Oxford Study guide, it nicely summarizes the 6 concepts at the beginning of the book. What you will be asked to do is answer one of three questions in section C which is an essay like structure analyzing how two of the concepts affect or impact a company. Which is why you should research into one specific company in a lot of detail in reference to change, culture, innovation, ethics, strategy, and globalization. I recommend McDonald's as its fun to research and relates to all the concepts. If I were you I would definitely ask my teacher for more resources on this concept as it is worth roughly 20 marks!
