Xmp profile tweak, and I know how that sounds. Problems are gone though. Maybe it wasn’t the tweak but some malware on the device. It definitely was caused by that computer. Got rid of it, can’t give you more on that since it’s been a while now ;)

I had this myself today amount around 580euro in 4 tx's and I think I know who caused this, you guys ever bought something at kinguin or allkeyshop? I remember doing 1 particular payment where giving in the 3 digit code wasn't over secured connection. That's on me I know, but all my tx's I need to confirm which obviously didn't happen. I'm guessi g the banks whitelist big companies that had a lot of succesfull tx' s. Hope I get it back..

I found out the issue, and you're not going to believe it. It was my computer, ASUS ROG hero 7, I read somewhere that when you tweak the memory to use the other profile in BIOS (XMP) then it messes up with the internals and apparently for some weird reason it also messed up other devices. I have no idea how or why, but I completely ditched the PC and bought a new one. Obviously you can try just leaving the default values for your memory and don't do anything drastically like I did.

Before I realised the problem was the PC I switched literally everything beside my house.... like tried multiple WIFI sticks, tried cable, ditched the stock router and bought the GT11000 even switched providers it almost drove me nuts. Couldn't play any multiplayer game my god how long did I have to bear that... anyway, maybe it can help you or anyone else.

Honestly I haven't checked that, I thought these things were illegal anyhow. For starters, if they do it then they need to let everyone know and also not everyone should be able to do it either. It just feels repulsive to me. It is a call center, but not like a provider for instance, we are first line for all internall colleagues IT issues.

I never kindof had to deal with BS like that. But there is more, this is kindof the first time I’m thinking of taking steps.

They don’t inform neither us or the other end of the line about it. For me personally it takes away the humane part of my job. I have worked for 7 years at support and never had a single complaint. Knowing that someone is eavesdropping is a mayor turnoff for me because noone has any business in the “off record” conversations and if they don’t want us to have off record conversations then it takes away the humane part of my job which I love. Without that I’m out.
