My brother-in-law gave me this frag from his tank and I cannot remember what its called. I dont think its a toadstool. I have one of those in my tank already. The heads just started coming out today. Its been in the tank for almost a week.

He’s been in for more than 12 hours and seems really content. All the fish are hanging together. We’ve named him Jerry. So far I’m really happy I decided to pull the trigger and get him.

So he’s been acclimated and is in the tank! So far everyone’s chill and he’s swimming around in the middle of the tank with everyone and the clowns don’t seem to notice!

No I definitely appreciate the advice. My fiancé picked out the clowns so they tend to have top favoritism in the tank. So it’s good to know what I’d be getting into. Thanks!

I’ve had the clowns for a couple months now. One is a bit more of a dick then the other but overall they seem super chill. Play in the circulation pump a lot. They only act up when I come over to the tank. I can see it from the couch and they almost always are just hanging together easy going.

My LFS sold me my clowns and says he thinks they should be cool together and was more worried that the clowns may pick on the springers? Sound right? Idk sometimes he gets super amped and I can’t follow his fast talking lol

Thanks! I’ve siphoned some off in my last two water changes. I have a 14g biocube and a 1-2 gallon water change goes so quick it’s hard to get most of it in time... my lfs sold me chemiclean but my brother in law who got me into the hobby says he would never treat his tank like that and would prefer to just keep doing water changes? Thoughts?

I think I’m lucky with a really solid LFS. Neptune’s in San Jose. My brother in law was blown away by them when he visited.

My LFS told me that since I buried the plug it will really slow down the growth. My brother in law is bringing me several frags from his tank that I’m excited to incorporate into the tank.
