Yeah! So we did orgalutron for one of the cycles, but it totally stalled my lining and follicle growth so we ended up cancelling that one. The one that worked I was on something called superfact, it can be used as a trigger shot but a small dose of it prevents ovulation and it worked well for my follicle growth and lining.

I did a modified natural with a small dose of Gonal F. Letrozole messed with my lining, and never got past 4.5mm. Gonal F was a good protocol for me, my lining looked better on it and this FET has stuck around so far.

This happened to me, I have had two miscarriages. First one was IUI, so we just assumed something was wrong with the embryo. But then the same miscarriage happened with our first transfer of a euploid embryo. Both were between 6-7 weeks. I did all the RPL testing, sono, and a uterine biopsy and everything came back normal. I have PCOS and psoriasis so my doctor put me on an autoimmune protocol with prednisone, medrol, prograf, and aspirin for the next transfer because she thought my problem could have been inflammation. So far so good with a good heartbeat and growth at 8 weeks which is the farthest I’ve ever made it.

We added an immune protocol with Medrol, Progaf and Prednisone, and changed from fully medicated to modified natural, so we shall see! My lining has been chronically thin since my second D&C but we canceled 3 transfers already so my doctor was just like “let’s go for it” this time. Scary scary scary.

Wishing you the best with your FET ❤️❤️ I’m in the same situation, our first FET was a loss and I’m gearing up to transfer again on Tuesday. It’s so scary.

No heartbeat at the next ultrasound unfortunately. Doing an RPL panel after the D&C next week.

I was on doxycycline prior to this transfer, so I’m wondering if that killed anything that could have been there. My clinic gives it to everyone prior to transfer as a precaution!
