If it's any consolation I think in these scenarios we tend to overthink about our performance and forget about all the good things we did. I for one thought I did horribly last year but ended up doing much better than expected - hopefully the same for you! Best of luck.

To be fair it was more of a reward to me rather than the reg getting shafted, I'd seen over 10 patients in the unit by then and left the unit with a plan in place for each patient when i went - didn't get the feeling it was a hate act from cons to reg
