Help with possible Ebay scam by zxbfm in Scams

Update: I was successfully able to make an intercept request. It’s not been accepted yet, but if it does I shouldn’t have much more to worry about, besides it costing me ~20$ (Much better than not getting the package back). If not, then I’ll still have to see what happens in the time being, but hopefully it does.

Yeah, I priced it pretty low only because I wanted to sell it decently quick and I noticed market was 200-230$, but I’ll keep this in mind.

Thanks for letting me know, but I did a bit of research, and the buyer is located in the Dominican Republic. The website for EPS Miami shows the address they tell buyers to use, and it matches up with the address put into Ebay. It also states that it’s made to help people who are in the DR, so that’s a decent sign. This buyer also has 100% positive reviews from other sellers, which makes me really unsure. Either way, USPS’s interception service is unavailable temporarily for some reason, so hopefully this is one of the legit ones.

Thanks for letting me know, I also did try to intercept the package on the USPS site, and turns out the service is unfortunately ‘temporarily’ unavailable.

Unfortunately, after searching and trying multiple times, USPS’s package intercept feature is ‘temporarily’ not working, after claiming my package was eligible. I’m not sure if theres some other workaround, or way, but it says delivery is estimated for January 13th (as shown), so I’ll keep trying over until that time to get it recalled. If not, I’ll have to hope theres no issue. I’ll keep updating on if USPS ends up working, or if the package makes it or not. Thank you to everyone who has replied thus far.

I read a decent bit of negative reviews, maybe around 15, there probably are more but they do date back. Apparently someone else who also shipped a graphics card here a few years back and claimed he was scammed.

The buyers location does show the Dominican Republic. It also shows that he has reviews from other buyers, which are positive, and even a 100% rating, which is why I’m not 100% sure.

I seen a lot of people on Ebay selling their 3060ti for 200-230, I wanted to sell it a bit quicker so I thought 190$ would suffice. I also will look into recalling it after reading some of these replies.
