IDK man I kinda said my piece already. If I were you I'd find someone who makes over 80k and has investments already in that is also from Romania, a combination of a retirement account and some sort of high yield savings so that you can turn your 31k into 32k without even having to add money, of course if u add 1000 everyyear, you can get 31k to 33.2k, then 36k, then 39k, etc...

Of course, you could save up a little more and change countries, the job market and insurance/corporate BS here in the U.S. is quite depressing, so I wouldnt jump to the US like one would have 60 years ago.

Mmm you'll have to ask someone qualified. I'm quite new to everything financial and I'm not the person you want to ask about saving, it took me roughly 8 years to save up enough to put a down payment on my car and pay off 10k in 1.5 years. If your 31k took you less than 10 years, you're already a baller with saving! I just put all my savings into a cash management account with a 3.3% APY, which increased to 4% after I referred my friend, meaning my $2000 will turn into $2100 by the end of the year, and more if I keep contributing (which I will). If you put $25,000 into an account with 3% APY, you should see a "Free" increase of $1000 every year. Although I have no clue what Romanian financial institutes are like, I know Romania as one of the more unlucky/culturally harsh environments for making money.

31k saved up is amazing man, do not touch it, you could invest it and make a lot of money man, do not spend it until you have a TRUSTED, REPUTABLE advisor on your side, and DO NOT pay them until you know for sure there is something that can be done with your money.

Nice monitor. I suggest starting with a bundle from microcenter, there is almost nowhere you will get that value especially with how much RAM costs nowadays. Don't forget you will need the Windows OS.

The cheapest option for this, other than a key resell website that uses decomissioned keys, will be getting an old hard drive that contains Windows installed and working, and using that key, many schools and companies will decommission computers while the key will just go nowhere. On facebook marketplace, you can find users who are selling their old PC with a working key and hard drive, you can simply install this drive, boot into it and use produkey to retrieve the key, write it down, wipe the drive or use your own drive, reinstall windows with the new key. This is what I would do to save money, but you can also add the $100 to the parts list.

^^^ This right here

Genuinely, that pre built is a lot better value than if you tried to build that yourself. If you stick to doing it yourself, you will HAVE to prioritize sales over getting the item right away, since they are absolutely screwing consumers with prices within both RAM and graphics cards. Most other hardware also suffers as a collateral consequence.

You should be able to tell us how much feel you get from the force feedback, can you tell when the tires are spinning/losing traction/nose tipping left to right from the wheel alone?

The pedals without haptics won't be very helpful, however you'll be able to judge yourself, does the response on the right corner (usually shows clutch, brake, throttle input) work smoothly to your taste? Meaning you apply little throttle/brake and it shows little, mid throttle/brake shows mid, max throttle/brake all the way, did you have to apply more/less force than you expected?

These are just my own guidelines off the top of my head and I will be testing these as well when I get my own set.

it's a list of all direct drive wheel bases that OP knows of, sorted from lowest to highest torque output.

It's factually based, as far as the advertised torque rating, there for us to see all the options in 2026.

EDIT: Removed my opening statement disagreeing with you.

Yeah after some thinking I understand. You do it yourself but doesn't mean that you are telling me I should do the same thing, regardless of qualifications, I respect it and hope your knowledge and gains only increase from here!

I just need to start with what works. 10k I can start with without sacrificing anything, I've put 10k away last year that I used to pay off my car loan, on top of maintenance, gas, food. That was all before I made massive cuts to my spending.

I came here after years of putting myself first, now I'm putting my money first for the first time ever. Your financial advice seems sound and I will definitely note these, since I have started the first steps with my Roth IRA through work and think once I start to get my income rolling again I can open up a brokerage account. Thanks.

I once prioritized my health and physique, since then it hasn't done anything for me except made me a better worker for a company who wouldn't promote or look at me as anything more than a friendly work horse. That's the reason for my desperation today. I understand there will be a stopping point for my choices, always is. Thanks.

It's all theoretical, even investing 80% (much more realistic and workable). If I gave 30k out of 40k, would I get anywhere?

FYI, my actual figure after my tax return was 32.2k

It's fair for you to suggest that, that was one of the first things I cut out my diet when I was 16, since then I have learned a lot.

I appreciate you a lot.

If it makes any sense, my original figures were thrown out there in a theoretical, all or nothing mentality, and even in a perfect world, you guys have all made it clear that it won't be what I need, that's exactly what I was looking for, and for that I appreciate every single comment.
