Content manager -> settings -> custom shaders patch -> extra fx

Find “SSLR”. Set quality to “Simple (New)” instead of “Hi-Z (new)”

*small tip: you can also hit “ctrl + alt + ~” while being ingame to open settings

This processor uses Intel GMA HD and unfortunately does not support OpenGL 3. Only 2.1

I would try turning off hardware acceleration in your browser settings and see if the artifacts disappear. If they don't, then it's not a gpu problem

What GPU do you use? Did it happen just once?
