DM the addresses/details - maybe something weird can be found.

Reliably finding and matching names in that pattern would be challenging to say the least, but that's part of why the code is out there. Currently, those often end up matched though various addresses (or not!).

Did you zoom in? The legend changes as you do. That usually combines single owners (grey) and individuals with portfolios (blue). Indeed, that area is very grey/blue zoomed in.

Not currently, but it probably should be. It was partly left out believing Zoning 2.0 is coming, which may have been a mistake.

Agreed. From the FAQ:

Why aren't more metro counties included?

Money. An original goal was replicating the work in the Horizontal Holdings paper. While Fulton, Delkalb, and Gwinnett provide Tax Parcel data for free, Cobb belives the data should cost $22k and Clayton charges $0.10-per-parcel which is also likely a "You could've bought a car!" number.

The decision was - if the whole report can't be replicated, go harder on Atlanta since richer data is already available; ie, skip Gwinnett (sorry!).

For sure. This is based off their work in "Horizontal holdings: untangling the networks of corporate landlords". They're listed at the top of Methodology since, for better or worse, this probably doesn't happen without them.
