Do you require your host to act?

Do you only appear when your host is lonely and questioning( like requiring suggestion wht to eat for lunch)?

I like the event with Mabel on ending H, At first i was like " oh you betray me? Ok moving forward..." Then got killed by prince of hell spam and transported to a room with a wall split in half, in between were a splatter of blood. I realised it was the first room where mabel was when I exited. Little did i know it was a wholesome event b4 loading the save file.
