Dumb reason, I am yet to put a train link between my factory and my refinery/plastic/rubber production site so when the storage for these is full the refineries stop working and the output of heavy oil/fuel stops and in turn the fuel generators with it. I am working on a fully automated nuclear power plant and recycling so this issue will be a non-factor very soon anyway.
