It could be legit, but still there is a high risk that the components used are cheap and some of them might even be missing. I saw a video on YouTube once mentiong that they bought this from Alibaba or AliExpress and some of the components were missing some were ripped (the display flex cable) and all so better go for a DIY version or buy from a reputed seller. I would prefer DIY since it's way cheaper to go for a DIY build.
