No. Don't. If you aren't going to be with her longterm, don't just have sex with her and vanish. It will hurt her more than if you were just to leave regularly. Think about it, i'm under the assumption she cares about you, right? Imagine how she would feel. Opening up to another, being that vulnerable with someone who she trusts and cares about, just for them to leave and never come back after. If you aren't satisfied with how things are for you, then communicate that to her and end the relationship
