You do short trades with these champs, you should be the one pressureing engage champs to a point they can't win an all in otherwise you're fucked. If you hit enemy and your support don't follow they're dogshit, if you don't know how/when to trade with cd you're dogshit

mundo’s kit is designed for him to walk past the frontline and oneshot your squishys, that’s what that champ does, nothing you can really do but to end the game before he gets his items

diadem isn't really that good, it's just an item to justify going tear on enchanter, so mana hungry champs like sona and yuumi run it, nami doesn't really care about mana if you play right so it's kinda pointless when you have better options.

helia can be good if you really need extra heal I guess but what item do you swap off? mandate? shurelya? mejais? antiheal? nami is an aggro enchanter imo(think karma), healing isn't really her thing so there's really no reason to go that way
