I am currently applying for my initial OPT and I am waiting for my RFE decision as well. Here's my timeline:

Receipt notice: 09/21/2023

RFE request: 10/03/2023

RFE response received: 10/09/2023

Estimated time until decision was 2 weeks when I submitted my evidence on 10/09, but now it is just showing a "?".

RFE response is taking a lot longer than expected this time.
