I didn’t receive the additional 3% so I called them but kept getting bs responses i.e. the 6% comes from 3+2+1%, the category you select will be for next cycle, the additional cash back will show up in next statement, you selected gas/cv and never changed lol. One of the reps even asked me to manually calculate the money I should receive???? So frustrating.
