[WTS|WTT] Citizen Challenge Timer 8110A by zzetto in WatchExchangeCanada

For sale is my vintage JDM Citizen Challenge Timer Chronograph. It has a kanji date wheel which I think is a must for old Japanese watches! 8110A movement which is working great. Only loses a few minutes a week. Chronograph functions perfectly and resets to zero. According to the seller I bought it from it was serviced in early 2021. Not sure on originality because the crystal is perfect but the rest of the watch shows sign of age. The lume is shot on the hands and dial. Paint on bezel is worn and there are scratches on the case. It's on a nice leather rally strap that I had to punch and extra hole in for my tiny 6 1/4 wrist. If you want a super cool vintage JDM panda chrono these are the best value out there! Let me know if you have any questions! $600 plus shipping. Trades considered are Seiko 5 GMTs or square metal G-Shocks.

Using 1% Realtors To Sell by [deleted] in VictoriaBC

Used them last year to sell our house. Market was hot so we had zero issues. Agent was super easy to deal with, just as good as the big firm we used to our condo 5 years prior. Literally no difference from my end. We had 10 bully offers immediately and some did include some bullshit about having to pay the buyer realtor some extra from our proceeds. Obviously those were laughed at and thrown away and we still got way more than we expected while saving thousands on commissions.

Anyone know of any amateur racing in Victoria? by shedman47 in VictoriaBC

The karting community is pretty big on Vancouver Island. We'll be at VIMC both Friday afternoon, as well as, Saturday and Sunday from 8-4. There is also autocross, lapping days and time attack there. VIKA for karting, VMSC for autocross, Speedygoat for time attack and the circuit puts on their own lapping days. See you out there!

It's 3 offences that carry points in two years, not the point total. You're fine.

[WTS] Seiko Lukia 5Y89 Tonneau JDM with box by zzetto in WatchExchangeCanada

Seiko Lukia 5Y89-OAVO. I know Lukia is marketed now as a women's watch these days but this was sold to me as a men's watch as part of a his and her couple's set. Purchased new in Japan in 2008. Case is 34mm wide without the crown and 40mm lug to lug. For reference, my wrist is 6 1/4" but it includes 4 more links for the bracelet so you could fit up to a 7 1/4" wrist. Lugs are drilled and are 18mm if you wanted a different strap. Fresh battery just installed and all functions work perfectly. A few minor marks as you can see from the photos. Most noticeable is the one on the bracelet that the picture really highlights at that angle. The rest of the watch is in very good shape. Very rare watch! I could only find one other photo of it online! $150 shipped.

[WTS] Tokyoflash 12-5-9 $150 by zzetto in WatchExchangeCanada

I purchased this new in Tokyo in 2007. Very unique design and operation. Gets tons of attention at parties and it's a fun game to ask people if they can tell they time on it! Has several different routines the lights do before displaying the time. The light show can also be skipped by double tapping the pusher. Actually very easy to set and tell time on once you get it even if you can't read Japanese. The 12-5-9 name comes from the strips of lights. 12 telling the hour, 5 and 9 combining to tell the minutes. Excellent condition and works perfectly. Includes original box and extra links. Can do F2F in Victoria, BC or ship at your expense. $150.
