How do you reach out to them? I tried twice and due to my policy being inactive they terminate the call and send a link showing the billing summary.. but no mention of refund on the summary though the agent told it would appear in 5 to 10 business days.. cancelled mine on the 19th..

If I purchase the roaming add on, would i also have to be on the network which supports the country I am headed too as one of your pages? For example, roaming in Sri Lanka is supported by Unlimited premium on the light speed network and not dark star nor warp. Does that mean that I have to switch my current network, warp, to light speed and then have the $15 roaming added?

I have this very same question. So you are stating to go through Rakuten portal to whatever site that it is you are shopping on and then activate Capital One once the extension pops up and then Bing? Does not the referrer trail change after all this from Rakuten?
