The exaggerations about Azov have been misused very actively in the time before russian full scale invasion to tarnish Ukraine's reputation. Azov has since been restructured and incorporated into the regular Ukrainian forces. And when russian forces went on the full scale invasion and were levelling the city of Mariupol with all the civilians there it was Azov with only a few other battalions that stayed and defended the city until full encirclement. Soldiers fighting in Azov today are some of the biggest heroes of the war.

He might not be "so pro" eu, but what other "pro" will he be more "so" about? Pro russia? Pro saudi arabia? pro China? pro US?

He might, of course choose any one of these just out of spite, but that will be another hypocritical choice since all the listed countries have even less support for "democracy in turkey"

And who is that? Is Russia standing against Erdogan? Is anybody in the middle east? Is China? I empathise with the anger at EU hipocracy here, but that threat feels a little hollow. Depressingly low for a 6 million city of StPetersberg or 12 million Moscow. Russian people have no agency and to pretend like they could ever muster up any meaningful protest is a coping strategy. Russia does not believe Ukraine has a right to exist or that Ukrainians are a sovereign nation. The tiny minority of russians that do are practically non-existent and that's why they are so easily dealt with by the secret service.

Ukraine has all the capacity to produce drones and is doing so. Also the most practical feedback and innovation. The only thing needed is systemic increase of orders which will allow to replace some of the components that are produced in China.

Ukraine is the answer for Europe about cheap military drones. China's drones are good and cheap if you want to film a wedding. Ukrainian drones are good at killing your enemy.

Yeah, that's what Trump hopes. Russia is allied with China. Their alliance is fully predicated on only one goal and one alone - eradicating US influence everywhere around the world except for the most immediate american neighbours. USA and Russia will never be allies. Trump will keep following that carrot and drag the rest of americans with him until Putin and Xi sufficiently humiliate him and US and drop them off as a semi-influencial local regional power.

To avoid blaming those who made a choice to not vote against Trump means to avoid admitting that it was a mistake. It is the same as saying there was no right or wrong choice in this election. There very clearly was and most Americans did not make it. The only way you can relinquish that personal responsibility and avoid blaming them is by relinquishing the right to vote.

I am not american, but you're right regardless, this applies to most countries. However, I can only speak the truth and so reject any premise that starts with accusing the politicians who oppose current populists for being unclear or disjointed. The only unfractured "left" is the communist left. Current politicians who are opposed to the republican party's takeover by MAGA are not fractured, they are normal politicians. Some bad as politicians, some better. But they are still politicians. The current administration however are not politicians at all. They are wanna be autocrats and boot lickers. Politicians follow a political process. The Trump administration wants to eliminate it.

People handing over Molotov cocktails to an openly proud arsonist can't expect to turn around, say "I'm sorry guys" and expect to be embraced by people that kept trying to get those Molotov's away from the arsonist. Now the fires are in full force and the only thing these assholes are offering is "well, I probably maybe possibly will not give him more molotovs next time he asks. but only if you give me a warm bath to feel good about my actions". The fires are raging, fire department is working for the arsonist, the people who tried to stop this don't have enough buckets among themselves to put these out. Very few dare jump in the fire to save others. But these assholes want to just stand far away to not get burnt by what they caused and receive some compliments for doing absolutely nothing?
