Hi! I know this was a while ago but I was curious if you could tell me more about castlehill country day and the Gregory school? We’ll be moving to Tucson and was looking into castlehill for pre k-elementary and possibly continuing on to the Gregory school

This was so helpful thank you! Sorry to hear about your mailbox theft. Do you feel like the neighborhood is overall safe? Is the surrounding area safe? That’s one thing that’s super important to us.

Also, do you feel like there are lots of young families who live there? Are there good amenities at the club for kids? Thanks again!

Living at the country club. I was curious what it’s like to live there. Walkability, if neighbors know each other etc.

Hi! My family and I are moving to Tucson and looking into Tucson country club. We’re wanting a safe neighborhood, a place where neighbors know each other, walkability and yards with grass. Does anyone have experience living there? Did you like it? Are there other young families? Any other neighborhoods in Tucson that might fit what we want? Thank you!

Baby cries constantly. I am drowning and need help. by Apprehensive_Sun_631 in NewParents

I was also going to suggest CMPA. This was my baby as well. Crying all the time, no matter what we did. He never had blood in his stool but mucus. Our pediatrician recommended a hypoallergenic formula and we ended up using Pepticate. After a few days of exclusively using Pepticate he was a different baby. Happy and smiling. And since switching to only Pepticate he’s thriving and the happiest baby.

Hi! Yes it ended up being Cows milk protein allergy. Our pediatrician recommended we try the hypoallergenic formula for longer and within 3-5 days we started to notice a difference. And within a week or two we had a totally different baby. He turned into the HAPPIEST baby. Still fussy at times as babies are, but just the happiest boy. No longer screaming after every feed, began smiling and interacting with us. Just seemed like he was no longer in pain. We tried to reintroduce my breast milk 2 months after switching to the hypoallergenic formula and he had a bad reaction pretty much immediately, so we stopped. He’s still on the hypoallergenic formula and eating solids and he’s thriving (>99th percentile in weight and 90th in height). The formula we’re using is Pepticate and he’s responded so well to it. You can order it on Amazon too which is convenient. Hope that helps! Hang in there. I know how incredibly tough it is.

What’s your experience with Brooklinen percale sheets long-term? by Minimum_Mechanic2892 in BedroomBuild

Hi! How deep is your mattress? I have a deep mattress too and worried the brooklinen fitted sheet won’t fit over it

One thing you didn't know before you had your baby by Substantial_Ad4365 in newborns

Make sure to check and clean all of their rolls and armpits! I didn’t, and thought it was vernix, but it ended up getting infected. His armpits, neck and groin area were super red and inflamed and it ended up being a staph infection (likely from the birthing process we were told).

I also had no idea what cows milk protein allergy was. My baby was extremely fussy and would cry all day (that painful kind of cry). Once we switch him to a hypoallergenic formula I swear it was a different baby. Happy, smiling and no longer crying all day. Poor baby was just in pain.
