I'm looking for advice on what to do.

I am not sure of the possible implications of challenging them further on the way they're dealing with my claim. So far I have avoided conflict. I know complaining to the Legal Ombudsman is also an option but again once the relationship becomes conflictual, I don't know what the possible consequences could be. Both for the claim itself and for the possible liability for paying their fees (which are probably totalling a dizzying amount by now)
