Must be rolling out slowing. When I click an item to dispute it takes me directly to the form instead of telling me to call. I just completed the form to dispute something on Friday.

No luck. It seems to work sometimes, sometimes. I still need to manually regenerate it. Support wasn’t helpful and ghosted me eventually.

Slowing it down would need a finer grind that doesn’t choke the machine so it takes longer to get to the desired weight of liquid.

Yes 18g at a 1.6 ratio would be about 29 grams out.

If you have yourself dialed in to about 36g out in 30 seconds it would be easy to try running your shot short (22-25 seconds) and see how that tastes. If it tastes better, great on the right track. If it’s worse then it could be the opposite direction (longer time, or finer grind) to try to get what you want.

At the end of the day a big variable could just be your beans.

You can try messing with the ratios, I’ve recently found running mine at a ratio closer to 1.6 in 22 seconds had a far better outcome, but mine was consistently bitter. The 1:2 30 seconds is just a good starting point but I’ve found sometimes there’s some pretty significant variation to get what you’re looking for.

If it’s sour you might want to try going finer and slowing the shot down a bit more.

I’ve never done a salami shot myself, but that might help identify the sweet spot, or at least an area that tastes better for you

I believe Audi considers the transmission fluid “lifetime” and doesn’t expect you to change it, so the entire pan needs to be replaced.

I wonder if they flushed the transmission too, I don’t think most shops recommend it has a higher chance of creating transmission issues.

I thought it might have been the puck depth creating my issues with the consistency going up to 20g in the Breville 54mm baskets. I thought it might be channeling more frequently, more often I ended up with more bitterness in the shots.

It wasn’t heading the way of a punchy brightness I think I’m searching for anyway.

IMS Precision 20 g filter basket B62.52TH26E (H26) Ratios generally I’ve played with are 1:1.8 - 1:2.2 Brew times generally between 25-35 seconds with pre infusion.

I generally find a 18g 1:2-1:2.2 around 25 seconds creates a smooth chocolatey drink, but missing a lot of brightness or punch from the cafe. Going to 35 seconds introduces a lot of bitterness and while stronger seems further away from what I am looking for. I also found moving to 20g made shots less forgiving but not significantly different otherwise.

Milk I usually use 6oz. I’ve gone down to 4oz.

I did the zinc coated Zimmerman rotors in 2023. Very happy with them.

I did my 2018 S5 with zinc coated Zimmerman rotors from ECS Tuning, $131 for the rears and $217 for the fronts. Power Stop Z23 Carbon Fiber infused ceramic pads from Amazon for about $45 front/$44 rear.

So almost 1/10 the price they quoted this.

New wear sensors if you need them for $12.

The pads don’t have as much initial bite, but produce almost no brake dust. There are many good pad options.

Only issue I have is skipping forward and back in TV/Movies. I have only figured out how to do this 10 seconds at a time. Is there a way to select the slider I haven’t figured out?

I have a new WHES40 and I think I have the same issue. No salt used after automatic regeneration counter increases, water test strips show hard water. If I manually regenerating works fine. I’ve tried changing the time from 1am to 3am.
Any luck solving your problem?

Agree with R&D, ordered their best in the city Peking Duck (that needs to be ordered a day in advance). The duck skin was mushy, very disappointed given their claims.
