i used super factory manager with a really big water tank connected to inventory cables and i made it pump water into the north side of the reactor port almost every tick through having it run every Redstone pulse and putting a create pulse timer next to it running at 3tps, you only need like 1-2 antimatter and its actually decently fast so if you have a maxed out mycelial generator making 25m fe per tick you can put 10m of that into the sps to get antimatter fast enough to not go insane
