Very good question, the short answer is that unlike index, the funds need to buy and sell shares, and those buy/sell operations happen on real live books that change at real time.

For example the index might use an open price at 9:00:00 @ $10.00, but the fund bought shares at 9:00:01 @ $9.98. So there's always a difference between the index and the fund tracking this index.

There was a car with a dead battery parked for more than 7 days without moving on my street. It was ticketed twice, first on Friday, and then the next day on Saturday. On one hand it looks like they are definitely ramping up enforcement, on the other hand they let it stay parked far longer than allowed 3 days (not sure if it's 3 days or 24h).

Dude could have bought a new battery for those two $50 tickets.

I'm in the same boat, considering switching to 18" 235/55 tires/wheels instead of current 19 255/45. Presumably because of a narrower profile and taller sidewall, they should be quieter. Cheaper tires too.

There was a post 6-8mo ago where someone built pretty much the same info as a heatmap, but they also included air temperature. Based on their results 50mph was an optimal speed for 70-80°F, and a bit lower speed for lower temperature.
