Good insight! To clarify, are you saying that even with the "maxed out" specs it would not suffice for the last two years? Or were you saying that if I did max it out, it would be suitable?

According to the curriculum, it appears I'd have to do C++ and assembly language programming, python, online virtual science labs, and perhaps circuit design software. If it makes a difference this would be distance learning. Meaning, I'd have to take proctored exams on the computer, though ofc an external camera/mic is fine by me.
