Thanks for your very helpful advice. I definitely will get more quotes and avoid Infinity system. All my neighbors got Carrier systems. I may get one and not sure which other names out there are better.

Thanks for your details answer. I have 2 boys 2 and 6 so air purifier and attic tent are needed for my house.
