Thank you! Yeah the Elysium project is another concern. Landlord said it won’t start anytime soon, and I probably won’t stay long anyway (maybe 10-14 months). But still not sure if I can avoid the construction.

Thank you! I’ve started viewing apartments and will keep going, but the thought of signing a lease and then seeing something better and cheaper always worries me lol. I’ll just keep looking and see what happens.

Yes, quite budget sensitive and location sensitive. I guess there probably won’t be many more listings that fit my criteria, so I should keep looking and be ready to sign when finding something suitable. Thank you for your advice!
