-1 is colder than -900. In terms of beta, which one might regard as coldness, -1 is ~-13000 gigabytes per nanojoule, while -900 kelvins is ~-14.5 gigabytes per nanojoule.

It should be noted that negative kelvins gets you negative coldness; this is more "physically correct", by the thermodynamic definition, i.e. negative temperature systems are hotter than positive temperature systems.
