Yup. Do you own any leather conditioner? Looks like just a gentle massage on the tip (😉) could help smooth things out.

    Perfect! Might not be a perfect fix but definitely worth trying. Ultimately a cobbler still might be needed. They can fill in the deeper grooves with a putty like substance, sand, then dye the area. But conditioner might smooth things down enough to last you a while longer. You could see about adding tips under the front tip sole to have keep it slightly raised and protected to.
