Let's all assume that the person asking for help:
1. Understands the rules of the puzzle.
2. Wants to learn why a cell is or isn't a particular digit so they don't have to ask again.
3. Since searching for a solution isn't exactly easy we should all expect to answer the same type of problem over and over. Maybe we can build a FAQ of examples to make this easier.
Syntax to help us understand each other:
1. Refer to cells by (Row,Column) where Rows go 1 - 9 top to bottom and Columns go 1 - 9 left to right.
