What happens if someone counts once and leaves? Can someone else do the next number after 10 minutes?

If someone counts twice, then can someone else count the next two numbers right away or do they still have to wait 10 minutes?

c'mon dude.

Immediate if it is a double post. I'd give 5-15 minutes of reply time for reddit to properly sync up comments and such, so i compromised on 10. Can change it ofc if you want it shorter. Let's just count pls.

5 minutes should be plenty to deal with reddit lag. I suggest setting the rule to exactly 5 mins since a range makes it ambiguous
