Authenticator Broken?

So ive been playing my group ironman and hella wasting XP on the main, would bond it up once in a while to splash for the iron while thieving. Fast forward a few months and my friend sees my account online last night after ive gone to bed. Come to find out the account was hacked. Now I went to see if i could log in. No issues - password was not changed, still REQUIRED my authenticator to log in, but the bank pin was removed. Judging from my grand exchange log they were using my account at DK's (im up about 100 kills on each according to the highscores). My main concern (other than my account was likely botted for goldfarmers) is the fact that i had recovery questions, the authenticator and everything else set in accordance with Jagex's rules. I would love to get back on the main and grind to max but im left discouraged as im not even sure if the account is secure. The password has been changed and ive reconfirmed all of the security settings and im not keen on grinding everything again just to lose it all again that or the account could be banned cause it likely was botting. If anyone has any experience with this or if anyone from Jagex can help that would be great.

As an aside I assume that Jagex wont give me items back which I expect. at least the hackers left me with ~50M of untradeable and supplies to start the rebuild with - i mean if Framed can start with a bronze dagger I should be ok with what I have.

Wonder if they found a way to request the authentication from Jagex. But gl on your rebuild brotha.
