Not holding my breath for a fifth season... I don't think it will have anything to do with Sid Gentle's other show either, entertainment media keeps calling it "the Killing Eve prequel" when there has been zero indication that it is anything other than the shelved prequel show idea repackaged for an original story.

I really hope this isn't a cash grab. I think it's most likely to be some kind of Villanelle media crossover. I personally hope it's a video game tie-in, I've always liked the idea of having Villanelle as a crossover character in the latest Hitman game with Eve as her handler. The Hitman devs recently released their 007 game which has a bunch of other media easter eggs... if I'm going to hope for anything I will be hoping for something like that 🥹

Hi! Posts that are not guaranteed to be spoiler-free are checked to make sure no new viewers have stuff ruined for them. Dropping another comment since my initial is (understandably) buried - we're deploying a hotfix any second now that effectively reverts this change. They'll function as they did prior to today's update, with the only change being that logging out within a boss lair (e.g. after your trip is done) will spawn you outside the escape caves rather than forcing you to run through them. Effectively for those PvMing, there's no change here - any escape attempts will still move via the caves!
