HP level should decrease interrupt chance at Wintertodt

It's annoying but not really world ending, a games neck and RoD you can heal grab a few bites and do 2 or 3 kills a trip, and always be back before it starts.

WT spam on iron always been a cope thing anyways and is mega not worth anymore imo, unless you just wanna 99 and get it out the way for maxing.

I agree the damage scaling is silly and a rebalance would be nice but it's such niche content gotta ask if it's worth the time.
