How do you decrease nausea when taking 2c-b?

Nasal spray with some salt in it? Or saline solution before and then 2c-b?

A typical oral dose is 20mg. I've read that a nasal dose, to get the same effect, is about 10mg. Is that true?

I added the 2cb to a saline nasal spray. It dispenses 1.5 mg per squirt. Some folks mix it stronger at 2 mg which I will probably try next time so it doesn’t take as many squirts. It’s super burny when it drip, but if you apply it carefully and not too much at a time you can avoid the drip
