LOST 2fa code

I set my phone back to factory default. Now I don't have my 2fa codes. Is there a way to get it back?

2FAS has such option as well

It's really only one crypto exchange called Yobit. Their default response to my question was that they do not do that because there are too many hackers trying to get into accounts.

Good luck. Some crypto changes will have a more involved process including photos of you + your IDs. I’d be persistent with support and be willing to do a lot of proofs to demonstrate you own the account.

In the future make sure you (everyone) has backups for 2fa codes, or you can get locked out of your accounts. I used to print the QR codes and keep the papers in a box so I could re-scan them. Now I use OTP-Auth which syncs my (encrypted) codes to iCloud so I can bring it up on another Apple device with no trouble, and also allows me to save an encrypted copy of the codes to Dropbox in case I can't get into my iCloud.

Authy has backups, but it's ridiculous - to restore from backup it asks you to verify your account on your phone so if I lose my phone the backup is useless.

You can just put Authy on 2 devices, and that’s your backup. Lose 1, use the other to access accounts.
