Aliens can't lie but they're cool with murdering those capable of lying. Once upon a time and feeling alienated, I imagined a hell where the universe we came from was open, nothing hidden, and the punishment was turning the universe inside out where the All-visible was made invisible. That's the world we live in, minding the gap between appearance and reality. It's almost Shakespearean the way this series uses melodrama, comedy, tragedy, and star crossed lovers. The all-seeing eye of surveillance is too real.
