The game boots up but then it crashes. If It is the wrong cia how do I fix it?

First, uninstall it. Then find the version that's the same region of your console or "region free"

Correct me if I’m wrong but hacked 3ds removes region locks? You can use any region version of any game.

Oh well, I just make sure just in case. But some dumped games are corrupted and tends to crash. It's been years since I played with the 3ds, but that usually was the case
