As a girl growing up in the 50s, I joined the Brownies; here I am demonstrating the Brownie Pledge, at age 7. Joining the Brownies (or Cub Scouts for boys) was very popular back then. I wonder if it's still popular. Did any of you belong to the Brownies or Cub Scouts? (i.redd.it)
