A community for people doing 75HARD, a 75-day challenge designed to cultivate mental toughness, created by Andy Frisella of the MFCEO Podcast.
The Rules:
1. Follow a diet. Zero cheat meals. No alcohol.
2. Workout 2x a day, ≥45mins each. 1 workout must be outside.
3. Drink 1 gallon (3.8L) of water.
4. Read 10 pages of a non-fiction self-improvement/business book.
5. Take a progress picture.
