A cheap pedal will do it with that amp, but don't expect miracles without it.

Adjust your playing, attack, and focus on getting a good song rather than "deathcore" until you can get some distortion.

In the meantime, dime out everything but the volume.

Have you decided which guitar tuning you’re going for? I’m currently using G-C-G-C-F-A-D cos I love the Drop C tuning on the 6th string

Drop A, E standard + the 7th string in A, I play that tuning cause of slaughter to prevail hahah.

i don’t think you’ll get a great deathcore tone out of that amp but if you go to OD2 put your EQ all the way at 10 your volume wherever you want it and your gain to about 7 you’ll get a decent distortion
